As Clinical Director, Dr. Fuz leads a talented team of professionals, including seven dentists, four dental hygiene therapists, four dental hygienists, and a dedicated team of dental nurses. He also oversees the administration staff at both Pennington Dental Practice locations in Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon. Dr Fuz has personally selected each member of this outstanding team for their patient-centred and compassionate approach to dentistry.

Dr. Fuz, in addition to his role as Clinical Director, is also an accredited Foundation Dentist Trainer. He plays a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding newly qualified dentists during their crucial first year of practice, ensuring they develop the skills and confidence necessary to excel in their careers.

Dr. Fuz holds a Master's degree in Restorative Dentistry from the University of Birmingham and numerous certificates and diplomas in periodontics, dental implants, and law and ethics. He is responsible for quality assurance and the continuous commitment to excellence at Pennington Dental Practice.
