Sarah

Sarah began working as a receptionist for Pennington Dental in 2007. Her love for her job, passion for helping every Pennington patient, and ability to consistently think on her feet quickly made her a beloved part of the practice. After numerous years, Sarah took on management duties at the Kenilworth practice, where she excelled and progressed to her current role as Group Practice Manager.

In her role, Sarah balances her time between our Stratford-upon-Avon and Kenilworth locations, overseeing the daily operations of both practices. She works closely with the staff and principal dentist, Dr Fuz Jamall, to support all team members and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Sarah handles many of the behind-the-scenes aspects of running the busy Pennington Dental Practice Group, including practice development, compliance with health and safety regulations, complaints, human resources, and patient data protection. She is also responsible for setting clear goals, supporting individual personal and professional development, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Sarah’s commitment and dedication are a massive part of Pennington Dental's success. She is happiest when she knows she is contributing to an excellent experience for both patients and staff.

Outside of work, Sarah is mum to Hudson and loves spending time with her family and friends. When she is not with her family, you’ll probably find her at the local gym, going for a run, or shopping.
