The procedure for Englihten Whitening is quite simple and generally takes 2 weeks for most patients.  Your dentist will take a precise impression of your teeth and then send it to a lab where bleaching trays are made. During this time you will be given a special tooth paste to use and approximately 2 weeks later the whitening trays are fitted. The bleaching trays are to be worn for 14 consecutive nights.

Results of this procedure will last years as long as you wear the trays for 6 nights after treatment and top up the treatment at home with whitening gel every 3 months depending upon your diet.  It's also important to undergo regular hygiene treatments.
