Invisalign is coming to Pennington Dental this autumn

We are now offering Invisalign treatment for our patients in Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon.

What is Invisalign?

Invisalign is an a almost invisible way to straighten teeth.  A series of custom-made, clear aligners gradually move your teeth. The aligners are changed every 1-2 weeks on average. Unlike traditional braces different teeth can be moved at different times so the treatment is perfectly tailored for your teeth and their needs to achieve the best results.

Who is Invisalign suitable for?

Invisalign can be used to treat gaps in teeth, crowded teeth, open bite, under bite, deep bite and cross bite. We’ll do a full consultation to check your suitability. We will take x-rays and photos and an impression of your teeth so that your aligners can be custom made.  You’ll need to come in for a check-up every 6-8 weeks during the process.

How does Invisalign work?

The Invisalight process uses 3D computer-imaging technology so that you can see your complete treatment plan and how your teeth will move from their current position to where we want them to be. A series of custom made clear aligners move your teeth a little bit each time. The total time you need to wear them for will depend on your teeth and we can advise you on that.

The aligners are removable so you can simply take them out when you want to eat and drink and to clean your teeth.
